I absolutely love this product! I lost 45 pounds on a low carb diet, and this helped me through it! I was diligent about keeping my carbs low everyday, but there were times when I wanted something (what I call) "Carboliscious". That's when I would use Ultimate carb Control, and give myself permission to have it. I've maintained my weight by keeping my carbs lower than before my weightloss, and having these on hand when I have my carb craving moments. They really work!I absolutely love this product! Surprise, it works!
Took this before meals on a week long cruise. Last time I gained 5 lbs but this time I came home exactly the same weight despite eating huge meals and drinking lots of adult beverages. I'm a 42 yr old very short lady. It was the carb control because I mostly was laying on a beach chair all day. Didn't think it was going to make any difference but wow I've never come home from a cruise without extra pounds on me.Took this before meals on a week long cruise. I'm menopausal and had put on 20 some lbs in the last few years and could not lose weight For the life of me. My sister used it first also menopausal, and had lost 10lbs ( now 26) so I tried it and have lost 23 lbs! Went for my physical and my doctor asked how I did and I showed her!! She's never heard of it and took around the office to show all the doctor! I've been using this product for several months and I've noticed that it appears to help me maintain and, at times, lose weight. I typically eat a lot and my weight tends to fluctuate 5-10 pounds throughout the year. Since taking this product my weight has not increased; I've even managed to lose a couple pounds. Been taking this supplement *consistently for about a year, meaning every day at least 2-3 times a day. I'm also consistent in working out at least 4-5 times a week for 30-50 minutes and I limit carbs anyway. I find that it helps with bloat and digestion plus its helped me tone up some. My weight is maintained on this and that makes me happy. This will absolutely not work if you do not watch what you eat and do not have some sort of workout routine.
